Description

You will manage and maintain core network infrastructure, ensuring 24x7 availability of fault-tolerant systems across multiple sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage core network equipment, including upgrades, changes, and replacements for routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot data networks and new site implementations.
• Diagnose WAN connectivity issues and manage remote LAN and security management across multiple sites.
• Configure MPLS VPN on WAN and manage firewall, software VPN, and hardware VPN tunnels.
• Monitor network security systems, manage escalations, and perform annual backbone preventive maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in WAN and LAN network operations.
• Hands-on experience with routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and RIP.
• Proficiency in switching technologies: VLAN, VLAN Trunk, Spanning Tree, Port Channeling, HSRP/VRRP, and DHCP.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and Palo Alto.
• Ability to advertise and filter 1,000+ routing prefixes.
• Experience with MPLS (VPN) configuration.
• Capability to produce technical documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
