Description

Manage and maintain IPTV and FTTx/OLT network infrastructure to ensure integrity and survivability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IPTV infrastructure and PON combining plans for all OLT/FTTx servicing elements.
• Prepare timelines and cost estimates for FTTx/OLT network expansion and capacity mitigation projects.
• Create and maintain Visio diagrams and detailed Methods of Procedure (MOP) documents for the NOCC and operational departments.
• Coordinate network maintenance requests and assist in testing and turn-up of network architecture and equipment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in networking.
• CCNA certification.
• Degree in Information Sciences or Computer Science.
• Experience with FTTx/OLT network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in creating Visio diagrams and technical documentation.
• Ability to support network repairs and installations on a 24x7 basis when requested.
