Plan, design, and administer enterprise network infrastructure and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
• Provide Tier III support and troubleshoot complex network systems.
• Analyze capacity issues and develop capacity-planning models.
• Execute planned testing activities and document network standards and policies.
• Install, implement, and administer network systems and hardware.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in network engineering.
• 5+ years of Lab or medical healthcare IT/Desktop support experience.
• 5+ years of server and hardware installation and maintenance.
• 5+ years of MS local desktop installation and administration.
• Proficiency with Linux and MS environments.
• 3+ years of experience in vendor technical meetings regarding network and VPN support.
• 3+ years of experience managing helpdesk ticketing systems and user requests.
• Experience with generic equipment maintenance and application support.
