Description

You will manage end-to-end network incident resolution and maintain large multi-national corporate networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage, analysis, and resolution of network incidents, acting as Major Incident Manager (MIM) when required.
• Troubleshoot and configure networking equipment including Cisco and Meraki hardware.
• Manage DNS/DHCP requests, including A/CNAME records, MX records, and new DHCP scopes.
• Evaluate network capacity and performance to recommend design changes and implement updates defined by the planning team.
• Participate in a global on-call rotation, including weekend requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and configuring large multi-national corporate networks.
• 5+ years of direct experience with Cisco IOS and the Meraki dashboard.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting WLAN technologies.
• Strong command of network protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, SDWAN, IPAM, SDN, ACL, Spanning Tree, VLAN, and the OSI Model.
• Proficiency in using Network Management Systems (NMS) such as Nagios, SevOne, LiveNX, SolarWinds, NetScout, or ServiceNow.
• Experience collecting and performing initial diagnosis of packet captures.
• Familiarity with syslog, SNMP traps, device polling, and NetFlow.
• Understanding of ITIL principles regarding event, incident, problem, and change management.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent demonstrable skill.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco NSO, SAE, UCS, ISE, and DUO.
• Experience with VMware.
