Description

You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot L3 private IP MPLS carrier networks and complex WAN topologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot BGP peering and L3 private IP MPLS carrier networks.
• Perform network traffic discovery using packet captures to drive issues to resolution.
• Configure and manage network devices using BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, OSPF, and other core protocols.
• Monitor TSN Workstation alerts and coordinate incident response with management.
• Collaborate with datacenter technicians to resolve hardware faults by replacing faulty ports, cables, or modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in networking.
• Proficiency with BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, OSPF, TCP/IP, SNMP, STP, and VSS.
• Experience analyzing L3 private IP MPLS carrier networks and complex private BGP WAN topologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies.
• Experience using monitoring and analysis tools such as Splunk, HPNA, Netdisco, and Cisco/Aruba tools.
• Knowledge of WAN switching, Multicast, and HSRP.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
