Description

You will support and engineer multi-network infrastructure for the Mission Rock Headquarters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-level technical support to resolve complex network issues.
• Deliver network design documentation and engineering recommendations for service improvement.
• Collaborate with security teams to investigate, analyze, and mitigate network vulnerability alerts.
• Analyze network activity and trends to prevent systemic errors and enhance performance.
• Manage vendors and provide technical guidance to network support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Advanced understanding of Cisco routing and switching.
• Expert knowledge of BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco VPN networking.
• Advanced knowledge of Citrix Netscaler Access Gateways.
• Broad knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, WAN, LAN, and wireless networking.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Working knowledge of SASE solutions and SD-WAN technologies.
• Working knowledge of Arista switching, Unified Communications, and VOIP.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
