Description

You will design, deploy, and manage functional LAN, WLAN, and WAN networks while automating infrastructure tasks and ensuring security compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy functional LAN, WLAN, and WAN networks, configuring routers, servers, and network devices.
• Monitor network performance and integrity, resolving escalated cloud and local infrastructure issues.
• Automate tasks, monitor their effectiveness, and suggest improvements to capacity and scalability.
• Create, oversee, and test security measures including access authentication and disaster recovery.
• Maintain complete technical documentation and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and administration.
• Extensive experience with cloud network engineering across Azure, GCP, OCI, and AWS.
• In-depth understanding of BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS, JUNOS, and Linux OS.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco ASA/Firepower.
• Experience implementing IPSec and other VPN types.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and access control models.
• Proficiency with network diagnostic and monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
