You will manage and maintain network infrastructure and voice solutions in Sandy Springs, GA.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage voice solutions using Genesys Cloud.
• Design and optimize network architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity and routing issues.
• Configure and maintain routing protocols and network segmentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud voice solutions.
• Proficiency in BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and VLANs.
• Experience managing VPNs and cloud computing environments.
• Ability to perform deep-dive network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network design principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
