Description

You will manage and optimize regional switch and data network elements across LTE, EVDO, CDMA, VoLTE, and EBH networks.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is generated.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system alarms and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to react quickly to network issues.
• Coordinate with vendors during on-site equipment upgrades and drive root cause analysis for sector carrier outages.
• Analyze network coverage and integrity, performing maintenance on antenna down-tilt settings, azimuth verifications, and diversity imbalances.
• Troubleshoot and restore CDMA, LTE, and 5G network elements to improve mean time to resolution.
• Develop operational standards, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices for fault isolation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with LTE and 5G operations.
• Deep understanding of LTE, VoLTE, and 5G KPIs.
• Technical knowledge of MIMO, VSWR, PIM, and RET.
• Experience with fiber and LTE radio heads.
• Proficiency with Client ENM/AMOS technologies.
• Strong technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Samsung USM and Client WebEM.
• Knowledge of antenna system RF concepts and System Performance analysis tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
