Description

You will own the design, deployment, and maintenance of core network security infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and configure Cisco ISE for network access control and identity-based policy enforcement.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ASA, Firepower (FTD), Palo Alto, or Fortinet firewall policies, NAT, and VPNs.
• Implement 802.1X authentication, posture assessment, and manage BYOD policies across wired and wireless networks.
• Integrate ISE with Active Directory and PKI, developing and maintaining authorization profiles.
• Monitor logs across ISE and firewalls to troubleshoot authentication issues and detect security anomalies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network security engineering.
• Hands-on deployment and management experience with Cisco ISE (2.x or 3.x).
• Strong understanding of RADIUS, TACACS+, EAP, 802.1X, VLANs, and NAC concepts.
• Experience configuring and managing Cisco ASA or next-generation firewalls (NGFW).
• Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst switches, wireless controllers, and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, or Wireshark.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-vendor firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Familiarity with automation and scripting using Python.
