Responsibilities
Network Operations (NetOps)

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure performance.
Develop automated solutions for configuration management, monitoring, and alerting.
Support incident response, root cause analysis, and rapid service restoration.
Work with network engineering teams to design scalable and resilient architectures.


Software Development

Develop high‑quality, scalable applications, scripts, and automation frameworks (Python, Go, Node.js preferred).
Integrate network platforms using APIs, SDKs, and automation pipelines.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines for network tool deployment and validation.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.


Automation & DevOps

Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) workflows using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
Automate repetitive network tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Implement observability (logs, metrics, traces) for network application ecosystems.


Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with NetOps, Security, and Cloud Engineering teams.
Translate operational pain points into effective technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers and guide best practices in DevOps automation.


Skills

Strong programming experience in:
