Description

Manage network connectivity, security, and troubleshooting for virtual and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user inquiries regarding software or hardware operations and connectivity issues.
• Perform remote software installations and hardware testing.
• Execute commands and monitor system functioning to detect errors and verify operations.
• Maintain detailed records of data communication transactions, technical problems, and resolutions.
• Conduct computer diagnostics and consult technical manuals to investigate and resolve complex network issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Layer 7 Networking.
• 5+ years of experience in Monitoring and Connectivity (DNS/Private Link).
• 5+ years of experience in Problem Solving and Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience with Virtual Networks and Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
• Experience with DNS, Private Link, and Private Endpoints.
• Proficiency with Network Virtual Appliances (NVA) and Firewalls.
• Experience with MPLS or ExpressRoute.
• Knowledge of Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Application Gateways.
• Experience with EIGRP.
