Description

You will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor, solving extremely complex networking problems and driving resolution through deep analysis and experimentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex customer problems by interacting with Engineering to identify serviceability issues and drive technical resolutions.
• Act as the focal point for problem resolution and escalation for assigned customer engagements.
• Provide complex design recommendations to Senior Leadership Teams, integrating new features and applications.
• Lead projects or programs within a function, coordinating activities of other personnel as a team leader.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking and advanced Route/Switch environments.
• Deep expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching and Data Center Switching platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Nexus 7k, 9k, 2k, and Cat9K platforms.
• Proficiency in OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and LAN switching.
• Extensive knowledge of IP Routing, Internetworking, MPLS (L2/L3 VPN/VRF Lite and MPLS-TE), and Multi-cast.
• Technical command of ISIS, EIGRP, Inter-AS, QoS, IPv6, IP SLAs, RPVST+, MST, PIM, DMVPN, GETVPN, NetFlow, and PfR.
• Ability to work independently with considerable latitude in determining technical objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Programming skills in Ansible and Python.
• Experience with AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning).
