Description

You will manage LAN/WAN administration, enterprise wireless, and firewall security for the infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls alongside Zscaler (ZIA and ZPA).
• Troubleshoot advanced network issues and provide technical resolutions to customers.
• Investigate root causes and implement solutions to reduce ticket resolution times.
• Manage network tools including SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, and Infoblox.
• Analyze network performance to recommend infrastructure optimizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN network administration.
• Experience managing enterprise wireless networks.
• Direct administration of Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
• Familiarity with SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, and Infoblox.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform root cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Execute hardware and software upgrades for new and existing equipment.
