Description

You will troubleshoot network issues and support product engineering for TNSLink products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network-related issues and develop technical solutions for product engineering.
• Develop scripts and applications to implement features within IoT products.
• Research technical solutions for emerging features or system issues.
• Collaborate with router vendors to resolve technical issues and manage release areas.
• Conduct software testing within GitLab or similar environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in network engineering.
• Strong expertise in TCP/IP networking concepts and protocols.
• Proficiency in Linux systems and Bash scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience working independently on Linux-based environments.
• Ability to debug and solve complex network-related issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LAN/WAN configuration, switching, and routing.
• Knowledge of firewalling, VPN/IPSEC, TLS, SNMP, PPP, and NAT.
• Familiarity with cellular technologies including 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G.
