Description

You will own the design, management, and maintenance of enterprise IP addressing and DNS infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage tens of thousands of IP addresses and DNS registrations, including design and administration.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with network engineers and application developers to produce design documents.
• Design and define IP addressing schemas for large enterprise networks.
• Migrate systems to new IP subnets, managing subnetting, supernetting, and documenting all schema changes.
• Train engineering and operations teams on IP allocations, DNS changes, and automation processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering focused on IP Address Management.
• Expert-level proficiency with InfoBlox IP Addressing software, including administrative ownership.
• Proven experience managing large-scale DNS environments.
• Strong knowledge of network routers, switches, and firewall configuration principles.
• Experience with load balancers, specifically F5 GTM and LTM.
• Familiarity with IPAM solutions such as InfoBlox, BlueCat, or SolarWinds.
• Experience with network security tools like Akamai or CloudFlare.
• Proficiency with automation using Python or Ansible.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools including ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
