Description

You will support, maintain, and configure network infrastructure for CJIS services, ensuring availability, security, and maintainability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Cisco switches, wireless infrastructure, ASA VPN, Checkpoint firewalls, Palo Alto, and F5 load balancers.
• Develop and document configurations for Cisco ASA, CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Catalyst, and 9300 switches.
• Support SolarWinds Orion, KIWI Syslog, and Savvius configurations.
• Execute unit and integration testing procedures and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network hardware and software technology.
• Expert knowledge of Cisco hardware switches, VPN, and IOS.
• Expert knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and NX-OS operating systems.
• Experience with CheckPoint, Palo Alto, 9300, and Catalyst series switches.
• Proficiency with network test equipment, including protocol analyzers like Savvius OmniPeek.
• Ability to perform advanced technical troubleshooting within router and switch infrastructures.
• Knowledge of Network Quality of Service (QoS) techniques and network management systems.
• Experience with Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions and F5 Big IP (LTM, ASM, AFM, APM).
