Description

You will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for Investment Banking and Capital Markets environments.

You will own the full lifecycle of network solutions, from replacing end-of-life devices to executing complex deployment plans without impacting business-critical applications. You will lead production cutover events and provide weekend availability for urgent issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the environment and prioritize upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new networking solutions to replace end-of-life services and devices.
• Develop and execute complex planning cycles to deploy solutions without impacting business-critical applications.
• Lead and participate in implementation and production cutover events.
• Provide weekend availability for scheduled production cutovers and urgent network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the networking environment and prioritize upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in Cisco Networking, BGP, OSPF, Multicast, mLAG, NAT, VLANs, and IPAM.
• Experience with Fortinet Firewalls, Blue Coat, F5, Gigamon, InfoBlox, and NetApp.
• Proficiency in automation using Python, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Networking and hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or equivalent.
• Cloud Networking certifications (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
