Description

You will design, implement, and provide second-level support for large-scale infrastructure within the Ecommerce Infra team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Provide second-level support for applications, appliances, software, policies, and licenses.
• Manage load balancing, application switching, and proxy/cache appliances.
• Maintain and improve hardware and software to meet eTrading and infrastructure requirements.
• Collaborate with application development and global support teams to optimize business value.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with UNIX/Linux.
• Strong scripting skills using Unix Shell or Perl.
• Experience with Bluecoat or similar proxy server products.
• Experience managing Load Balancer and Application Switching technologies.
• Experience supporting Java EE platforms, specifically JBOSS and Websphere Administration.
• Comprehensive network knowledge including TCP/IP and name resolution technologies.
• Proficiency with packet capture, traceroute, and related diagnostic tools.
• Experience with PKI, LDAP, and Single Sign On technologies.
• Proven experience managing the complete project lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Application-Layer or XML Firewall technologies.
• Knowledge of Apache Web Server technologies.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows platforms with IIS 6.0/7.0, Webservices, and COM+.
