Description

You will engineer and maintain the network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Tier 1-3 network support requests, communicating clearly with teammates and customers.
• Resolve break/fix requests and troubleshoot network issues related to user resources and connections.
• Design extensions of and connections to the campus network, optimizing performance.
• Configure and deploy new/replacement network hardware and communication infrastructure.
• Maintain up-to-date network architecture, project documentation, and inventory records.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching, VLAN management, and network design.
• 5+ years of experience with Access Control Lists (ACLs), subnetting, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience with authentication protocols (Radius, TACACS, etc.) and Cisco FMC/Firepower.
• 5+ years of experience with DNS/DHCP, VPN, and remote access technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with network monitoring and network security.
• 10+ years of professional working experience.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with wireless technologies.
