Description

Engineer, maintain, and optimize campus network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Tier 1-3 network support requests and resolve break/fix issues.
• Troubleshoot network problems affecting user resources and connections.
• Design and deploy extensions to the campus network, optimizing performance.
• Configure and deploy new or replacement network hardware and communication infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate network architecture documentation and inventory records.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional working experience.
• 5+ years with Cisco Routing and Switching, VLAN management, and network design.
• 5+ years configuring Access Control Lists (ACLs), subnetting, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• 5+ years with authentication protocols (RADIUS, TACACS) and Cisco FMC/Firepower.
• 5+ years with DNS/DHCP, VPN, and remote access technologies.
• 3+ years in network monitoring and network security.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with wireless technologies.
