You will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot networking hardware, software, and infrastructure across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Install, update, and manage applications and hardware independently at assigned facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving workstations, server hardware, and operating systems.
Maintain and support educational and operations software products including AZTEC, Lexis Nexis, GED Academy, Auto CAD, Teknimedia, Alexandria, and Elevate.
Build, deploy, and maintain servers and secure networks and endpoints.
Provide technical guidance and implement complex work items within a LAN or standalone environment.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in computer support involving desktop, server, and network support.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems including Win10 and Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
Experience imaging computers and managing network troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with LAN environments.
Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Knowledge of cloud computing.
Willingness to travel significantly to different sites and work onsite at facilities.
