Description

You will manage day-to-day network support for 200-300 devices and lead hardware refresh and data center migration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Replace legacy Cisco and F5 devices with new Dell routing and switching hardware.
• Install and configure Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers, and Global Traffic Manager options.
• Troubleshoot complex network incidents and migration issues using packet analysis tools.
• Support platform, storage, and application teams during equipment cutovers.
• Maintain data center standards for cabling, cooling, and power distribution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Dell network routing and switching devices (mandatory).
• Experience with F5 load balancers and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proficiency with NetScout, Wireshark, and TCPdump for troubleshooting.
• Ability to design system configurations and enforce system standards.
• Skill in network diagramming using Visio.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management within ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Availability for regular weekly on-call rotations and after-hours support.
