Description

You will manage all infrastructure projects, including implementations, migrations, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the maintenance, development, and evaluation of infrastructure systems including LAN, WAN, Internet, intranet, and wireless implementations.
• Perform network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark and PuTTY.
• Execute regular backups of critical data for servers, services, and applications in accordance with established backup policies.
• Drive continuous process improvement based on the ITIL framework.
• Travel to unanticipated client sites within the US as required.

Required Skills

• 60 months of related work experience in network engineering or system administration.
• Strong grasp of TCP/IP concepts.
• Experience with VLANs and wireless networking technologies and security.
• Proficiency with VPN and Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Understanding of VOIP concepts.
• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or CIS.
