Description

Manage infrastructure projects and maintain core connectivity systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects including implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Manage and prioritize maintenance for LAN, WAN, internet, intranet, and wireless systems.
• Perform network troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark and Putty.
• Execute regular backups of critical data for servers, services, and applications according to policy.
• Drive continuous process improvement based on the ITIL framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS, or a foreign equivalent.
• Strong grasp of TCP/IP concepts and VLANs.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, and wireless implementations.
• Proficiency with Wireshark and Putty.
• Knowledge of Wireless Networking technologies and security.
• Understanding of VPN, Identity Access Management, and VOIP concepts.
• Ability to travel frequently within the US to client sites.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITIL framework for process improvement.
• Background in system administration alongside network engineering.
