Description

You will configure, deploy, and support network devices and solutions to meet connectivity needs and align with technology standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and administer network environments across distributed sites, including WAN, LAN, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network system problems.
• Lead root cause analysis on incidents to identify and implement preventative actions.
• Create and maintain technical functional specifications, low-level design documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for routing and switching solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting network devices in a large enterprise or telecommunications environment.
• Strong implementation experience with EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco platforms.
• Experience with Arista DCS and CCS platforms.
• Proficiency using Arista AVD and Cloudvision.
• CCNP or equivalent Arista certification.
• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
