Description

You will provide engineering services for network infrastructure across LAN and WAN environments. You will troubleshoot service issues, configure switching and routing platforms, and maintain network documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot LAN and WAN service issues on Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet platforms.
• Configure switching platforms including Cisco 3750x, 9200, 9300, Nexus, and Fortiswitch.
• Configure routing platforms including Cisco ASR, ISR, Fortigate, and Meraki.
• Install network hardware, activate leased WAN circuits, and maintain documentation using Visio.
• Collaborate with the security team to mitigate active threats and create change scripts.

Required Skills

• Active CCNA certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco projects.
• 3+ years of SD-WAN experience.
• Proficiency with Fortinet and FortiGate.
• Experience with LAN infrastructure, STP, Ether-channel/Port Channel, and Dot1.Q.
• Experience with WAN infrastructures, VRFs, routing protocols, and IP ACLs.
• Knowledge of AAA, TACACS+, DHCP, and 802.1x.
• Ability to design IP schemes and manage DACLs, VTP, and trunking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting 802.11 wireless, SNMP monitoring, logging, and trunking.
