Description

You will serve as the primary Tier II/III escalation point for complex network, routing, and security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain scalable LAN/WAN and Security architectures across hybrid environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network health, identifying traffic bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities proactively.
• Collaborate with customer success and deployment teams to integrate solutions into client networks.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and leverage process automation to streamline network management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Deep expertise in routing, switching (VLANs, STP, QoS), and IP subnetting.
• Hands-on proficiency with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba hardware.
• Expertise in Firewall, VPN, and IDS/IPS protocols.
• Strong experience with cloud networking (AWS, GCP, Azure) and virtualization (VMware, KVM).
• Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell for network automation.
• Experience with enterprise network monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, Datadog, PRTG).
• Bachelor's degree required.
