Description

You will design, implement, and maintain IT and OT network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN solutions, to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support network equipment such as Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls, including EMS integration.
• Monitor and manage network traffic using SolarWinds and Wireshark for diagnostics and performance tuning.
• Develop and enforce firewall rules to meet operational needs and compliance standards.
• Maintain RSA two-factor authentication systems and implement TACACS/Cisco ISE policies.
• Document all network configurations, modifications, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco switching, routing, and firewall technologies.
• Proficiency in RSA two-factor authentication, TACACS, and Cisco ISE.
• Experience with SolarWinds and Wireshark for network monitoring and diagnostics.
• In-depth understanding of NERC CIP and GAS TSA compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Energy Management Systems (EMS) network equipment.
• Background in OT (Operational Technology) network security.
