Description

You will manage and troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud operations environments. The role emphasizes operational problem-solving and maintenance rather than initial design or implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IP routing, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and virtual networking components.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting using Wireshark/PCAP analysis and general networking fundamentals.
• Execute network automation tasks using Python scripting.
• Manage cloud networking and security constructs within AWS and/or Azure.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system availability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking operations.
• Deep knowledge of IP routing, TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with load balancers (F5) and proxies.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for network automation.
• Expertise in virtual network and security constructs of AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with practical assessment capability in Cisco routing/switching and firewall technologies (Juniper/Checkpoint).

Preferred Skills

• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE).
• Network security certifications.
