Manage network infrastructure and security operations within a video management environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain video management systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Configure and support Cisco switches and routers.
• Troubleshoot application-level issues and network connectivity.
• Define and procure necessary server hardware.
• Document technical procedures and operational workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in network or security operations.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and routers.
• Experience with AXIS, Genetec, AMAG, ProWatch, or MorphoManager.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Strong application troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux and Cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with SQL and hardware break/fix procedures.
