Description

You will design, implement, and maintain network solutions to optimize efficiency and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new network solutions including routers, switches, SD-WAN, OOB, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance metrics such as availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
• Execute network deployments, system upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot network outages and collaborate with architects on optimization.
• Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and performance reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• CCNP or higher certification.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols: IPSec, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, and QoS.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS, Wireless, and SilverPeak operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco wired and wireless hardware, SilverPeak, and OpenGear.
• Experience using diagnostic and monitoring tools like SolarWinds and Cacti.
• Knowledge of access control models and network security.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization (AWS, Azure, VMware).
