Description

You will manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and SD-WAN edge appliances.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage network hardware, wireless infrastructure, and cellular-based appliances.
• Troubleshoot complex network problems by collaborating with users, service providers, and business partners.
• Assist in LAN/WAN architecture planning, bandwidth analysis, and capacity planning.
• Execute planned deployments and upgrades while participating in change management and ServiceNow ticket resolution.
• Create Visio diagrams and technical documentation for network configurations and deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Proficiency in Network Switching and Network Routing.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN.
• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Experience with Network Monitoring tools.
• Ability to maintain CJIS clearances.
• Strong technical communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from a step ladder.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with network automation.
• Knowledge of Silver Peak SD-WAN edge appliances.
