Description

You will design, test, and deploy network products for major telecommunications service providers while providing technical support for Cisco infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy network solutions into customer environments.
• Execute Interoperability Testing (IOT) methodologies.
• Manage Day 2 operations including troubleshooting, reporting, and bug fixes.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support for Cisco infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Network Consulting Engineers, Service Delivery Management, and PM teams.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in networking.
• Expertise with Linux environments.
• Proficiency in various scripting languages.
• Experience with Interoperability Testing (IOT) methodologies.
• Knowledge of large-scale operator Day 2 troubleshooting and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for telecom organizations.
