Description

Design and implement enterprise, data center, and disaster recovery network solutions, owning routing and switching architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy highly available, fault-tolerant routing and switching environments using BGP, OSPF, ECMP, and segmentation.
• Perform expert-level troubleshooting for complex, multi-domain network issues using packet captures and protocol analysis.
• Design data center, MDF/IDF, and access-layer architectures, producing HLDs, LLDs, and implementation documentation.
• Execute technology evaluations, proofs of concept, and lab testing to validate design assumptions.
• Mentor mid- and senior-level engineers on routing, switching, and troubleshooting best practices.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of hands-on network engineering experience with a strong focus on routing and switching design.
• Expert-level design, implementation, and troubleshooting of BGP and OSPF.
• Advanced experience with Cisco IOS/XE, Nexus platforms, and Cisco ACI fabrics.
• Experience integrating Palo Alto firewalls into enterprise and data center designs.
• Experience implementing and supporting Prisma SD-WAN or similar technologies.
• Experience deploying and operating Meraki wireless networks.
• Network-level DR design, implementation, and validation.
• Working knowledge of Cisco ISE and network-based access control.

Preferred Skills

• CCIE Routing & Switching or equivalent expert-level experience.
• Azure networking certification or equivalent experience.
