Description

You will support, configure, and maintain WAN infrastructure for medium-to-large enterprise networks, ensuring reliable interoffice connectivity and secure data transport.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain WAN infrastructure, implementing and optimizing MPLS, OSPF, and BGP routing in complex topologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WAN incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document technical solutions.
• Support VPN solutions (site-to-site, IPSec, SSL-VPN) and manage firewall policies to maintain network security posture.
• Collaborate with network architects to design and execute WAN changes while participating in change management processes.
• Maintain detailed network documentation, topology diagrams, and change records, including on-call rotation support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with medium-to-large networks focusing on IP routing, switching, and security.
• Deep expertise in MPLS, OSPF, BGP, Cisco IOS, Cisco Nexus, ASR Routers, and VPN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and general network security practices.
• Proficiency in WAN infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• CCNP certification or equivalent industry recognition.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VoIP, RTP, SIP peering/trunking, and SBC solutions.
• Familiarity with incident response, vulnerability management, SIEM, IDS/IPS monitoring, and TCP/IP traffic analysis.
