Description

Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and regional offices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and regional office connectivity.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
• Create and update network documentation, diagrams, and configuration files.
• Manage secure network access protocols and firewall configurations.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for complex network issues.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, ACLs, and VPNs.
• Proficiency with routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience configuring site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
• Active certification in CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, or CCDP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a CFTC Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco Nexus series, ASA Firepower Threat Defense (FTD), and Firepower Management Center (FMC).
• Exposure to cloud networking (Azure, AWS) and SD-WAN technologies.
• Familiarity with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) design.
