Description

You will manage the monitoring, upgrading, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure in a business computer environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS.
• Manage firewall security settings, access permission groups, and incoming data provisions.
• Maintain network reliability through regular system upgrades, service packs, patches, and security configurations.
• Develop complex documentation for network topology, installations, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for Windows Server, Azure cloud environments, and Microsoft Cloud Applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business computer environment.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco firewalls and VPN configuration.
• Proficiency with Windows Server (2019 and newer) and Windows 10/11 client operating systems.
• Experience managing Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
• Technical knowledge of Office 365 and Azure cloud environments.
• Proven ability in hardware/software troubleshooting and network connectivity.
• Strong technical writing skills for producing network documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Manager, Windows Server Cluster, and iSCSI storage.
• CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA, or Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Background in security fundamentals.
