Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure and security protocols.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage routing and switching protocols including L2/L3, Spanning Tree, VTP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, and IPv4/IPv6.
• Administer firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, and Palo Alto, covering ACLs, failover, code upgrades, and policy management.
• Monitor network health by proactively handling alerts related to bandwidth, CPU utilization, power, and hardware failures.
• Collaborate with vendors like Cisco, Arista, and Juniper TAC for root-cause analysis and bug resolution.
• Develop automation scripts and playbooks using Python and Ansible to streamline repetitive workflows and API integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Deep knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols.
• Experience with Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proficiency with Python and Ansible for network automation.
• Hands-on experience using Splunk and Wireshark for troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage physical hardware replacements and site migrations.
• Experience working with vendor TAC for break-fix scenarios.
