Description

You will manage and lead responsibilities across the IT network, telecommunications, and on-premises server infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design logical and physical layouts for network and server infrastructure.
• Implement security patching schedules and policies for network and hosting equipment.
• Monitor network status and capacity proactively to ensure availability and performance.
• Handle operational escalations across network, telecom, and hosting environments.
• Coordinate global and local IT infrastructure projects with vendors and partners.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in Infrastructure Network or Telco domain.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure hardware, including network and hosting systems.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
• Experience implementing network segregation using VLANs.
• Familiarity with network security policy implementation (Cisco, Palo Alto).
• Ability to create network and hosting diagrams, HLD, and LLD documentation.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL methodology).
• Bachelor’s degree in an information technology related field.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
