Description

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure while automating configuration and management tasks. Own the release pipeline for network changes and ensure high availability through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate network configuration and management tasks using Python and Ansible.
• Develop and execute automated tests to validate network configurations and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration within Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support network projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in networking and automation.
• Proficiency in network automation using Python scripting and Ansible.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals, including routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic understanding of server administration and configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of security technologies including DDoS mitigation, Proxy/SASE, and WAFs.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
