Description

Manage and maintain global network infrastructure, connectivity, and security services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and standardize network device configurations across global sites.
• Perform SME-level troubleshooting and resolution for routing and connectivity issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain a global ACI environment and secure wireless networks.
• Manage cloud network traffic, gateways, VNet sites, VPNs, and ExpressRoute.
• Coordinate with third-party OEMs to resolve infrastructure issues and execute software/hardware upgrades.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Cisco product operations.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols and RS technology.
• Experience with Cisco ISE and advanced wireless technologies.
• Proficiency in managing load balancers and IP reservations.
• Experience with Splunk for log analysis and correlation.
• Knowledge of TACACS and Radius authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to work rotational night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP in RS certification.
