Network Engineer with Data Center Experience, Cisco Nexus and/or Arista

You will design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and Data Center network solutions within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN/Data Center network solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP routing protocols with a focus on security and DDoS mitigation.
• Manage and maintain Cisco Nexus and/or Arista switching and routing platforms.
• Create and update technical design documentation using Visio Professional.
• Execute change control processes and collaborate within an Agile environment using Jira.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing LAN/WAN/Data Center solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with BGP, OSPF, and static routing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Cisco Nexus and/or Arista platforms.
• Experience with ACL configuration and DDoS mitigation.
• Proficiency with YAML, Python, Ansible, and GitHub for automation.
• Experience using Jira for Agile workflows and ServiceNow for change control.
• Ability to create technical documentation using Visio Professional.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and auditors.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or 3+ years of equivalent networking experience.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA, CCNP/DP, or CCIE (Data Center) certifications.
