Description

Configure, patch, and support network infrastructure while managing firewall policies and monitoring systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, patch, and support Cisco and Palo Alto network devices.
• Create and maintain network support documentation and update monitoring tools.
• Manage firewall policies, DNS records, and Access Control Lists.
• Follow the change control process for all network device modifications.
• Administer wireless systems and Network Access Control (NAC).

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proficiency in switching, routing, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI).
• Experience with load balancing and network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Panorama).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow for IT service management.
• Ability to manage firewall policy updates and identity management systems.
