Description

Own the stability, integrity, and security of network infrastructure across corporate and data center environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage security solutions including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Manage network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Troubleshoot network systems and resolve communication issues between data centers and customer sites.
• Implement hardware and software upgrades, network access permissions, and system documentation.
• Develop applications and tools to drive process automation and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Strong LAN/WAN background with routing and switching expertise (OSPF, BGP, MPLS).
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls.
• Proficiency in Python and JSON for writing deployment scripts.
• Experience managing Cisco hardware including Catalyst 9K, ISR 4K, and Nexus series.
• Experience with F5 load balancing (GTM, LTM, AS3).
• Ability to participate in rotational on-call shifts and off-shift coverage.

Preferred Skills

• SDN and SD-WAN deployment experience.
• VMware NSX-T experience.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, F5, or Palo Alto.
