Position Summary

The Network Engineering Lead – Datacenter is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing highly available, scalable, and secure datacenter network infrastructures. The role requires strong technical expertise in routing & switching, Cisco ACI, load balancing technologies, DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox), wireless solutions The successful candidate will lead a team of network engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and manage datacenter network infrastructure to support enterprise applications and services. • Lead a team of network engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical escalation support. • Configure, maintain, and optimize routing and switching technologies (Cisco, HP, etc.) for high availability and performance. • Implement and support Cisco ACI fabric for automated, policy-driven datacenter networking. • Manage load balancing infrastructure using F5 BIG-IP and Citrix ADC to ensure application resiliency and traffic optimization. • Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) systems for efficient network addressing and naming management. • Collaborate with security teams to ensure network compliance with corporate policies and industry standards. • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues using appropriate tools and methodologies. • Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks. • Participate in capacity planning, technology refresh, and disaster recovery planning activities. • Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
