Description

Lead global network design and architecture to enable cloud operations and worldwide collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global networking architecture covering Internet, MPLS, dark fiber, VPN, DNS, and CDN components.
• Drive global network strategy by analyzing market trends, competitive threats, and capacity planning.
• Establish network governance frameworks to ensure performance, consistency, and organizational trust.
• Mentor and coach the network team to develop technical leads and drive professional growth.
• Direct the review of network services to optimize use, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience in networking and technology.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing other managers.
• Deep expertise in CDN, GLB, DDoS, and edge computing technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, SDWAN, DNS, and routing protocols such as BGP.
• Experience implementing organizational change to migrate to agile or cloud environments (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Proven track record of simplifying complex, global-level network environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Cyber Security, SOX Compliance, PCI, and Data Privacy (GDPR).
