Lead global network architecture, design, and management for enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SD-WAN architecture, defining standards for topology, routing, resiliency, and application-aware traffic steering.
• Design and govern hybrid/multi-cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments using hub-and-spoke and transit architectures.
• Drive Network Access Control (NAC) strategy using Cisco Client, aligning with Zero Trust principles for secure device onboarding and posture validation.
• Oversee cloud contact center solutions (Zoom Phone, SIP call flows), managing provisioning, call flows, policies, and reporting.
• Provide technical leadership for global connectivity models, carrier strategy, and performance SLAs while mentoring teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in network architecture, design, and management.
• Strong technical leadership in enterprise and cloud networking with accountability for design, standards, and governance.
• Deep expertise in SD-WAN implementation and optimization.
• Proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud networking, including VPC/VNet design, IP addressing, and trust zones.
• Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) and Zero Trust security models.
• Knowledge of VPN technologies and secure connectivity decisions.
• Ability to define enterprise segmentation and micro-segmentation policies across hybrid environments.
• Experience collaborating with security and infrastructure teams for compliance and disaster recovery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zoom Phone and SIP call flow management.
