Description

You will lead network engineering pods in the design, deployment, and maintenance of end-to-end lab testbeds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of end-to-end lab testbeds, ensuring scalability and alignment with data center standards like spine/leaf architectures.
• Oversee vendor engineers during the installation and decommissioning of network equipment and cabinets to standardize processes across pods.
• Direct the configuration of IPv4, IPv6, and Ethernet networking for switches, routers, mobile devices, wireless equipment, and servers, including firewall, ACL, and NAT rules.
• Drive the development of test automation scripts and oversee the troubleshooting of network protocols and testbeds during test campaigns.
• Manage the configuration of Linux-based systems, including servers, compute, and database systems, to inter-network testbeds with enterprise and production systems.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN.
• Proficiency in Python and Ansible for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration for servers and database systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and Iperf.
• Experience configuring ports, firewalls, ACLs, and NAT rules.
• Ability to manage complex E2E testbed environments involving mobile, cellular, and wireless equipment.
• Background in data center networking standards such as spine/leaf architectures.
