Description

You will manage network device operations in the Virginia DC and lead the migration from Denver to the Richardson DC.

Responsibilities

• Execute network migrations and support activities across multiple data center locations.
• Configure routing protocols, ports, and VLAN extensions.
• Create end-to-end plans, including designs and upgrades for enterprise-wide LANs/WANs.
• Develop Concepts of Operation, Requirements, Basis of Design, and critical design documentation.
• Perform methodical fault isolation and resolution to maintain network stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and data center migration.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9000 Series and Nexus switches.
• Proficiency in routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, route leaking, and route redistribution.
• Experience with WAN technologies, MPLS, DMVPN, and VRF.
• Deep understanding of STP, RSTP, MSTP, PVST, R-PVST, and VPC.
• Knowledge of StackWise and network management using SNMP, Netflow, SolarWinds, NetBrain, and Wireshark.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP certifications.
